AIIM Sharepoint Master für Content Management (Zertifikats-Kurs)

2-tägiger Kurs zur Erlangung des AIIM Sharepoint for Content Management Practitioner oder 4-tägiger Kurs zur Erlangung des AIIM Sharepoint for Content Management Master, durchgeführt von PROJECT CONSULT in Kooperation mit AIIM. Die Kurse vermitteln ein tiefes Verständnis von des organisatorischen und funktionalen Umfeldes für den Einsatz von Sharepoint. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Schulungsangebot für Technik und Implementierung des Sharepoint-Systems.

Das Sharepoint for Content Management Master ist ein internationales Zertifizierungsprogramm, das auch in den DACH-Ländern große Anerkennung findet. Die Kurse beinhalten einen Strategieteil in den Programmteilen Practitioner (Tag 1 und 2), Specialist (Tag 3 und 4) und Master (ortsunabhängiges Erstellen einer Fallstudie/Case Study nach dem Specialist Test; die Bewertung erfolgt anonymisiert durch AIIM-Beauftragte). Das Practitioner- und/oder das Specialist-|Master-Modul werden mit einem ortsunabhängigen Test abgeschlossen. Die Module bauen aufeinander auf. Bestellt werden können entweder das 2-tägige Practitioner-Programm oder das 4-tägige Specialist-|Master-Programm. Es werden die englischsprachigen Originalunterlagen der AIIM verwendet, so daß die Übereinstimmung der Inhalte mit den AIIM-Webinaren und den AIIM-Online-Kursen gegeben ist. Im Rahmen des Master-Kurses erhalten die Teilnehmer kostenfreien Zugriff zum AIIM-Kursmaterial im Web.

Die Kurssprache ist deutsch; die Unterlagen und die Tests sind in englisch.

    Make the business case for SharePoint while understanding tradeoffs between flexibility and control.
  • SharePoint Core Elements.
    Articulate the high-level capabilities and benefits of core SharePoint features including collaboration, composites, business intelligence, search and communities and identify functions that are not appropriate to implement in SharePoint
  • SharePoint Components.
    Articulate the high-level capabilities and benefits of core SharePoint features including lists, libraries, folders, web parts, ribbons, sites, servers, and farms and identify components that are not appropriate to implement in SharePoint
  • SharePoint Functional Elements.
    Articulate key high‐level capabilities and benefits of complementary technologies including Digital Asset Management, Imaging and Capture, WCM / Sites, Report Management, Forms Design and Automation, Workflow and BPM, Record/Content Type, and Email Management

    Identify and define a content type to help capture content, understand the purpose and value of a content type and set of metadata fields and evaluate the value of using the Content Type Hub
  • Classification.
    Identify different classification approaches and their application in SharePoint, understand the purpose of and requirement for a retention schedule in the SharePoint environment and populate and leverage metadata values

    Distinguish between finding and searching, identify the requirements for searching and finding and select appropriate tools to build search applications

    Apply workflow to specific scenarios and automate business processes

    Implement enterprise wikis, blogs, alerts, newsfeeds, team sites, and virtual networking

    Articulate the relationship between information management and storage, network and infrastructure, plan for long-term storage and archive functions and manage SharePoint in the Cloud
  • Content and Governance.
    Assign responsibilities for different levels of administration and governance, configure appropriate lifecycle variables given a specific governance environment and determine appropriate security module governance for SharePoint
  • Site Provisioning and Standards.
    Ensure that new sites meet internal controls and specifications, design a provisioning plan and determine appropriate interaction and relationship between SharePoint sites and network shares
  • Administration and Maintenance.
    Identify the areas in SharePoint that require administrative activities, evaluate specific evaluations tools and their benefits and establish a maintenance schedule

    Identify the categories of functional areas to document when gathering requirements and develop and define requirements for a SharePoint solution

    Comply functionally and technically with records management imperatives and recognize the technical solutions available in SharePoint to meet these imperatives

    Establish a governance structure and role definition for a SharePoint program and recognize the appropriate responsibility for usage, development, support and infrastructure issues

    Determine the level of effort required for migration, map data types and data from one system to another and identify what types of content should not be migrated to SharePoint
